"An excellent video geared to the youth basketball parent/coach and public school coach, 48 Championship Basketball Drills, created by Marty Schupak and the Youth Sports Club (producers of The 59 Minute Baseball Practice), offers a straightforward, no nonsense presentation of 48 drills clearly and effectively illustrated by a coach and his team.
The exercises include shooting drills, passing drills, and ball handling drills, and the program also features "ten valuable tips" for coaches and sample practices. Coaches will find this video easy to use, either in their own regimens or in simply showing the film to the players themselves.
Age recommendations are presented for each drill, and while the production quality is not absolutely top notch, it doesn’t matter in this case since the drills are presented so clearly and concisely. This valuable tool is highly recommended.
